Welcome to Iron Beast 3D ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (the "Site"), our waiting lists, our community groups, and any related informative services.
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Site.
B2B and Commercial Nature: Iron Beast 3D operates exclusively as a Business-to-Business (B2B) service provider. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are accessing our services for commercial, business, or professional purposes, and not as a personal consumer.
Due to the industrial nature of the 3D printing and metal casting processes discussed and facilitated through our digital assets, the Site and its services are strictly intended for adults. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that an individual under 18 has provided us with personal information or accessed our services, we will immediately terminate their access.
These Terms govern your general use of the Site. However, the purchase, licensing, downloading, and commercial use of our digital products (including STEP files, STL files, HD images, and video assets) are governed by our separate Terms of Purchase and Licensing Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the Terms of Purchase regarding a purchased asset, the Terms of Purchase shall strictly prevail.
Your privacy is important to us. By using the Site, joining our waitlists via Google Forms, or communicating with us, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of your information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Please note that:
We utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze website traffic.
We use Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record and email marketing provider.
Any personal data provided is managed in accordance with global privacy standards, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all of its content - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, website design, UI/UX, software code, and informational articles - are the exclusive property of Iron Beast 3D and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and browse the Site for your internal business evaluation purposes.
You explicitly agree NOT to:
Scrape, extract, or crawl any data, images, or text from the Site using bots, spiders, or automated scripts.
Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute the Site’s content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
Use any of the Site's images or text to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, machine learning algorithms, or data sets.
(Note: The intellectual property rights regarding the downloadable 3D files and marketing media you purchase are governed separately under the Terms of Purchase).
When interacting with our Site, including filling out contact forms or joining our affiliated Facebook community, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
Submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Site.
Transmitting any viruses, malware, trojan horses, or other harmful code.
Spamming our contact forms or customer support emails.
Harassing, threatening, or defrauding Iron Beast 3D personnel or other users in our community groups.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to permanently block your IP address, terminate your access to the Site, and remove you from our waitlists or community groups without notice if you violate this Acceptable Use Policy.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Iron Beast 3D (e.g., Facebook Groups, Google Forms, Lemon Squeezy checkout pages).
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that Iron Beast 3D shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any such third-party content, goods, or services.
THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IRON BEAST 3D EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE OPERATION OF THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IRON BEAST 3D, ITS FOUNDER, OFFICERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
(A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE;
(B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE;
(C) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of this Site, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination of these Terms, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, you strictly agree that the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the People's Court of Lam Dong Province, Vietnam. You hereby explicitly waive any right to bring a lawsuit in any other jurisdiction or to participate in any class action lawsuit against Iron Beast 3D.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. We will indicate the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
