Iron Beast 3D provides Business-to-Business (B2B) digital assets, including highly detailed 3D CAD files (STEP, STL), high-definition imagery, 360-degree interactive videos, and marketing copy.
Because digital goods are inherently irrevocable, downloadable, and easily copied, we cannot treat them like physical merchandise. Once a digital file has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be "returned" to us. Therefore, we strictly enforce a No-Refund Policy, subject only to the specific technical exception outlined below.
By completing a purchase on our website or through our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy), you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
We will NOT grant refunds, store credits, or exchanges under any of the following circumstances:
Change of Mind: You changed your mind after purchasing or no longer need the files.
Accidental Purchase: You claim to have purchased the wrong item by mistake.
Lack of Expertise: You do not possess the necessary CAD software, hardware (e.g., 3D printers), or technical knowledge to use the files.
Found a Cheaper Alternative: You found similar 3D models or marketing assets elsewhere at a lower price.
Lack of Business Success: You did not generate the sales, revenue, or return on investment (ROI) you expected from using our marketing assets.
Manufacturing Failures: You experienced physical manufacturing issues (e.g., casting failures, shrinkage, or 3D printing errors), as our files are digital concept geometries only.
We stand by the technical quality of our files. The sole and exclusive exception to our No-Refund Policy is if a purchased file is fundamentally defective from a technical standpoint.
If you discover that a downloaded 3D file is severely corrupted, completely unopenable in standard, up-to-date CAD software, or contains catastrophic mesh errors that prevent slicing or normal operation, you are protected by our Right-to-Repair Guarantee.
To claim this guarantee, you must follow this exact process:
Notification Window: You must notify us via email within fourteen (14) days of your purchase date.
Provide Proof: Your email must clearly state the issue and include concrete evidence, such as screenshots, screen recordings, or software error logs showing the failure of the file.
The 48-Hour Repair Window: Upon receiving your valid claim, Iron Beast 3D reserves the "Right to Repair." We will have a maximum of 48 hours to analyze the issue and provide you with a fixed, fully functional replacement file.
Refund Issuance: If, and only if, we determine that the file is indeed defective AND we are unable to provide a working replacement file within the 48-hour window, we will authorize a full refund for that specific digital asset.
Iron Beast 3D utilizes Lemon Squeezy to process all payments. Any attempt to bypass this Refund Policy by filing an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company, bank, or PayPal will be considered a fraudulent breach of our Terms of Purchase.
In the event of an unwarranted chargeback:
We will immediately suspend your commercial license to use our files.
We will submit this transparent Refund Policy, your IP address, and your download logs to the payment processor and relevant financial institutions as proof of digital delivery and policy violation.
You will be permanently banned from purchasing any future assets from Iron Beast 3D.
